We had a fantastic stay at the Regency Inn! The beach was just steps away, perfect for our family to enjoy a day of sun and fun. The renovated room was a delight, and we loved being able to bring our non-service dog along for the trip.

In my wife’s opinion, the pool could use more cleaning. It wasn’t inviting, especially for kids who look forward to swimming. A little more attention to that area would really help families enjoy their stay.

regency inn & suites, saint augustine is a simple and recently refurbished hotel. it’s positioned nicely across from the beach, making it super convenient for beach-goers. we found the room adequate for a quick stay, and i appreciated that it was clean and welcoming. the location near a gas station was a big plus, as we could quickly grab snacks and supplies.

i wish the breakfast options were a bit better.

We had an awesome group getaway! The beach was super close, so we spent our days soaking up the sun and playing beach volleyball. We also explored the local shops and tried some great eateries nearby. Just a heads up, the pool wasn't heated, but it was refreshing on a hot day.

One big downside was that we encountered some issues with cigarette smoke lingering in one of our rooms. It was a bit off-putting, and we had to switch rooms to find something better.
